Return policy
HappyNest products can be returned within 14 working days from the date of receipt. The customer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, within 14 working days, without citing any reason.
Return costs will be borne by the customer. Before the return, the customer will send a notice announcing the intention to return the purchased product to the email address contact@happy-nest.shop.
The return of the product will be made only after telephone communication with a HappyNest sales consultant, who will communicate the return address for shipping the products.
The returned product must NOT show signs of use, it will be returned with all accessories and labels intact, and will be accompanied by the documents with which it was shipped. If the returned product is damaged or shows signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse to receive the product.
A return will not be accepted for textile products (quilts or pillows) that have been unpacked and/or used, for products whose functionality has been altered or for products that have stains or any other hygiene problem. The reimbursement of the value of the product will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the return.
Products can only be returned from Romania. The return or replacement policy applies to purchases made by natural persons.
