• We recommend airing the duvet frequently, to remove excess moisture that can accumulate in the filling. 
• Always clean according to the information on the attached label.

Delivery

HappyNest products you order arrive in approximately 1-2 days working days from the moment the order is placed - in Romania and in 3-6 working days - outside Romania. Any other delay is due exclusively to the carrier.

All orders are subject to product availability in stock. If an item in the order is not available, the available part of the order will be delivered. When the product becomes available, the rest of the order is shipped. We will ask for your consent to deliver the order in separate parcels, if necessary. Shipping costs for the order are non-refundable and are fixed, as shown in the offer on the website. The delivery date for your order may vary depending on the carrier's shipping practices, delivery location, delivery method, and quantity of items ordered.

Warranty

In the event of a manufacturing defect, the warranty ensures the replacement of the product with a new one, upon meeting certain conditions. All our products have a 2-year warranty. 

HappyNest grants the legal guarantee regarding the conformity of the products in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 449/2003 on the sale of products and their associated guarantees, as well as Ordinance no. 21/1992 on consumer protection, and the warranty conditions are provided in the warranty certificate that accompanies the delivered product.
